WordCamp Sydney is proud to be convening at the beautiful University of Sydney on their main Camperdown/Darlington campus – see below… just south of central Sydney. We’re holding the event in conjunction with the Digital Cultures Program in the School of Letters, Art, and Media. The event will be held in the John Woolley Building and Wallace Theatre.
Sydney Uni is HUGE. SO here is our best suggestion for finding us.
Registrations will happen in the John Woolley Building from 8am on Saturday 21. The EASIEST way to find Woolley is to park in (or get off the bus at) Parramatta Road (free parking, all day on weekends) near the Footbridge Theatre, and to come up via the Footbridge, walking past the theatre, turn right into Science Road and down the stairs at Wilkinson Axis into Woolley which will be the big old building on your right.
You can also enter the university via the main Parramatta Road entrance, find parking $6 per day and also find your way to Woolley via the orange line below. (If you can’t see the map, click through to see it in your browser).
There will be assistants posted to direct you via these entrances on Parramatta Rd.
